Alex & Ari, Barcelona (2025)
For Alex and Ari’s wedding, we managed the complete organization of the event, ensuring that every detail was perfectly coordinated. Our work began with the ceremony, where we designed and oversaw the layout of the chairs and the overall setting to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for their guests.
Following the ceremony, we coordinated the catering service, starting with a beautifully arranged cocktail reception. A highlight of the evening was the presence of a unique vendor, O Pulpeiro, who prepared traditional Galician octopus live, offering an authentic culinary experience that became one of the most memorable moments of the celebration.
We also organized the live music, ensuring that the band seamlessly transitioned the atmosphere from the banquet to the party, creating the perfect flow between each stage of the evening. Additionally, we coordinated special lighting elements, including light sticks, to enhance the festive energy and bring an extra touch of fun to the dance floor.
Throughout the day, we managed the overall timing and coordination of all vendors, ensuring that every moment unfolded smoothly and according to plan. From start to finish, our role was to bring together all aspects of the wedding into one seamless, unforgettable experience for Alex, Ari, and their guests.
